Microsoft introduced a business card reader into Dynamics 365. First of all, it’s pretty easy to use. With your Dynamics 365 App (I’m using the Sales Hub on an Android device), use the quick create menu to create a Lead or Contact record. The form pops open with the Busines Card Scanner button prominantly displayed at the top. Click the button and use your camera to capture an image of the business card. The scanner will capture basic information:
- First name
- Last name
- Title
- Company name
- Office and mobile phone
- Address
